The last I knew about an Architect Maduka & Co. (I can't remember if his forename is Charles or not), they had their offices in a building at 22 Simpson Street (in between the provisions section in sandgrouse market and the filling station). This was many years ago. Maybe if you go there, someone might be able to tell you their new offices. I know for a fact that the people who succeeded him in that office knew him (but I do not know if they are still there).
