That condition is real, it's been copiously described in medical textbooks. Also, it has nothing to do with her guys skills or lack thereof. Causes include past abuse/trauma, chemical inbalance, etc.

Your best bet is to continue therapy as you have been doing. You'll learn different types of relaxation excersise. If you're married, be sure to take your husband along, he might understand. A steady boyfriend would also do.

The female version of viagra is currently being tested, hopefully, in no time women like you would have pharmaceutical assistance.

hi
i understand to an extent what u re going through, though you were not very detailed, what you re goin through is referred to as vaginismus.which has to do with sexual pain, tightness even penetration difficullty.there re 2 classes primary which is impossibility of penetration and secondary which probably relates to u.
u probably need to c a sexologist.if u no of any in nigeria let me no.the topic is actually more vast than the above just surf 4 more info.goodluck and please be careful as i understand that people are wrongly diagnosed of this but trust me its a condition that is 100% treatable without surgeries and drugs.

@ poster

hi dear, you have to make you are indeed frigid before.there are factors i'd like to call 'symptoms' of frigidity.the main one being lack of sexual desire.in most women, there are times of the month when the libido hits a peak.for some it may be just before or after their monthly flow. A woman is said to be completely frigid if at no time during the month she experiences this rise in libido.

It may be that you feel a certain pain on penetration or at anytime during coitus and so there is a subconcious fear of feeling this pain.this also is  a reason for frigidity. whatever it may be however, the best option is to discuss with your husband and talk about it frankly.
Mosr people believe that frigidity is of the mind.this is why i think it should be discussed with your partner.

there are hormonal drugs which can be taken to alleviate this 'condition' .i have some constraints listing them here;and that is aside from the fact that these hormonal substances also have their side effects.they may not be readily purchased OTC.  i don't know how good you are with herbal or homeopathic medicine.
there is st john's wort and then again you have the passiflora.these will definitely help if frigidity is caused by anxiety or anything emotional. The good thing about the natural approach is that there is no known side effects.

i hope you are satisfied damilolami.i have other tips, but time would not permit me to list them all.i still think you should have a chat with you ''bobo'' as regards this. relax before a session of lovemaking.i bet you, you'll enjoy it like i do Wink
ciao
