I keep hearing Africans say African Americans have contributed much to America ans we're uselees and lazy.

And guess what? Those are not all the inventions akatas created. Those are only SOME. I have more to list.

I have a challenge for Africans who say Akatas are useless.

The CHALLENGE is.
Give me one African whose invented something that people all over the world have used and benefitted from.
And don't say pyramaids either because you can't do anything with them.

If it weren't for us akatas you could not cook(stove),food would be spoiled(refrigerator),hair would be nappy(comb,brush,hair would stink(shampoo), you would stink(soap),be hot(air conditioner),cold(heater), clothes would be wrinkled(iron,ironing board), couldn't drive(car engine),walk up steps(elevator),car accidents(traffic light), die of heart attacks(open heart surgery) and ect.

This post is directed toward Africans who say African Americans are useless.

May be its best to look at the mentality of the individuals using the terminology 'akata' and then pass judgement .

You still haven't answered the question. Name an African that invented something that the world have benefitted from.
Like I said the lady that invented the eye surgery that has helped blind people see was a couple of years ago. Also onw the best neurosurgeons in the world is an African American and the list goes on. Which refutes your claim that Akatas are useless NOW.

Yes we have unneccessary violence but alot of the violence comes from people who can't find jobs. Although America is the richest country there still disadvantages and yes there are some poor white people who can't feed their kids properly also. Did you know that some crimes are committed more by whites than blacks? Check the stats.



Why isn't Africa a 1st world country and you have more resources than any other place on the entire planet? You SHOULD be the richest place in the world. So if you look at it Africa has alot of unnecessary violence and famine. You have more than enough resources to stop the hunger and disease. You have the resources you just know how to don't use them.

Its hard to invent stuff on an empty stomach.  That is partly the problem of continental Africa.

A lot is made about African-American inventors, the problem is most of these people make up less than 2% of the entire population. The remaining 98% are either in jail, involved in crime or on the welfare queues.

before you start acting like a smartass,  first off you said akatas, meaning we are talking about black americans not white americans. Those ones have their issues that I can just as much talk about but they arent the issue at hand. Also, I'm quite aware of the problems of Africa esp Nigeria, i have no problem saying that we have sincere issues but I'm also a citizen of US, have been for the past 17 years, so I will say the same for them. Africa, my Nigeria especially has corrupt leadership, that is what is stopping us from better. We have resources of course but when the resources are being used by greedy leaders instead of on its' people then what the hell do you expect?

Now my problem with akatas is that you use being "poor" as an excuse. I can assure you that the poorest American is richer than the poorest Nigerian. America is filled with opportunity, you guys have bloody welfare. No WHERE in Africa would you find such a thing, yet you guys still complain, you have scholarships, EOP programs, etc for poor Americans to use for education, do you think we have that? For some reason even with all this they don't wnat to take advantage. My brother was telling me about one of his friends, they both graudated from the same high school, my brother is now in SUNY Albany , this friend of his, since when they were both in the 9TH grade had already said "my kind don't go to college, college is not for me", what the hell is that crap? This same knucklehead is now in a gang with his stupid blue bandana, walking around like the jobless idiot that he is.

What I don't understand is that how is it that poor immigrants coming in from 3rd world countries like Africa, India, etc get here and do SO much better than those who have been here all their lives. What's the excuse? Dont even bother using proverty as an excuse because a good majority of these immigrants come here with barely anything.

All americans are not granted scholarships. So some of them can't get into college. I know this from personal experience. The government can only give away so much free money.  All Americans are not employed.So yes some acts of  violence are caused by need and necessity. I've alreasy said there are AA that committ crimes out og ignorance but so do Africans.

Why do have to go college to be successful? Thats what wrong with Africans you think in order to be somebody you have to have a degree. A piece of paper that defines who you are.  Some of the greatest people have never went to college.

Benjamin Banneker never went to college he was self educated he still invented the clock
Leornardo Da Vinci never went to college he still invented the gun and the tank and was a mathematician

Its not that whites hold black people back but they do do things. It is little known that in New Orleans the blacks tries to relocate and there were white people who standing there at the border with shotguns and told the black people nigger back and wouldn't let them in their neighborhoods. But you didn't read that in a paper.

Did you know that the government finance white schools more than black schools?
Did you know that black patients are less likely to get pain killers in the hospital than white?
I know black people who have been pulled over by the police just because they were black.

So I'm NOT saying white people hold black people back. But they do things to try to stop us from moving foward. Not all white people. There are some very decent white people out there.

Y'all still haven't answered my question. Give an African that has done something that has benefitted humanity.

By the way did ya'll know that ya'll leaders in Africa are controlled by America,England ect. Your leaders are not keeping the resources for themselves. There giving them to white countries.

George washington Carver invented soap. I never said people didn't take baths. They didn't have soap that lathers. They used other things.  Just like people used baking soda until they invented deodorant.
People used things for their hair until a black woman invented the nodern day comb and brush. They still groomed their but they couldn't groom it like they do now until the modern comb and brush was invented.

George washongton varver invented the MODERN day soap. The soap that lathers. Go do your research.
Ya'll just don't want to admit that AA have contributed more to the world than Africans. African Americans invented the MODEERN comb and brush we use today.  Not that hey didn't use things to wash themselves or groom their hair. We modernized it into what it is today.
