You are missing the point. I thank you for your concern of me. It's gentleman-like and I appreciate that. Yet, what you are suggesting is not what the bible teaches us. It takes more strength and discipline to show love to those who seem unlovable. There is no strength in hate. How many times have we sinned against God? How many times have you sinned against Him? Is that not disrespect? How does He respond to you?

See, when Jesus taught us to love them who despise us, He was teaching a principle. I understand that principle. One advantage is I look more like Him. What merit does one gain to love only those who love you back? When I displayed hate against my God by siding with His arch-enemy, even then God gave me nothing less than His perfect love. Now that I know better, how shall I live? I am not perfect, but I have gained power in this. God says if we say that we love Him and hate our fellow man, then we lie. To love God is to love what He loves. God loves even hateful people. I think you understand a little more now. Brother, don't hate me for doing good. People are people. I am living my life by faith. If that makes me look weak, then so be it. I don't recall any where in this forum where I begged anyone. But I do know that God is pleased.

Why can I not have a friendly conversation with a man on this forum without anyone thinking I am trying to "hook up" with them? Women all over this forum engage in conversations with men, yet they are hardly called out, as I have been. Nonetheless, I have a right to interact with whomever I choose and whenever I like. 

I am engaged to one. Besides, dating is not my thing. I allowed my Lord to choose for me. I am pleased with his choice. That still does not address the question I posed. By the way, how are you today my brother?
