I need an either an open plan office space of about 35 to 40 m2 or a miniflat that can be used for office use, in any of the following areas VI,Ikoyi or Onikan in Lagos Island.

My budget is 500K per annum but can consider paying higher if i find a suitable option.

I can also consider a shared or partitioned open plan office .Area must be condusive and have ample parking space.To be used for consulting purposes.

Thanks for the quick response,i am quite interested in your space offer at Falomo however i guess your firm will have to come down on the 900K rent.

I hope it's negotiable and whats the total floor size .
