Is any one experiencing the same unimmaginable experience from MTN 180 customer care as i have for the past 2 weeks? A call to 180 on the MTN network from an MTN phone will respond thus ''The number you have dial is incorrect please check the number and dial again''
Now, who is correct between 180 from MTN line and MTN itself? Another failure from the stable of 'GO EVERYWHERE'

I tried loading a card and checking my balance yesterday but all i got was "The prepaid operation you are trying to operate failed, pls try again later"
Mtn are a$$holes. butwhen i tried checking my mail they knew how to wipe away my money.

@mdsock,yeah.i also xperienced the difficulty in loading a card yestday.i had to call 180.so i listened to the machine.the tin tlk say make i wait 10mins b4 trying the card.

Up till now, MTN customer care desk is dead in Yola. They should stop deceiving themselves.
