I used to eat beans at least 5 days in a week without stomach complications. Only for me to arrive back home during easter at night and eat beans had to wake up and vomit due to malaria. After then, ever since i eat beans i get into one problem or the other. The last one was when i suffered indigestion for two days and used 4 andrews liver salt. It wasn't funny

Has it crossed our mind that after we cook those beans they have lost most of their vitalities to high heat and concequently are dead foods therefore it produces stench just like most other highly cooked foods. Meats, eggs, beans and other protein foods produce amonia after digestion which not only is acidic and harmful to the body but also produces strong odor or stench. The body constantly works hard to eliminate it by various ways possible and one of the those ways is constant air freshner (lol), if you know what I mean.
