Naija has many oils that make up most if not all foreign emolient creams (which is what you need esp if you hand is like sandpaper)
Try the following:
Shea butter (aka Karite. One can add scents to it and convert it to cream form but I can't give out that recipe am sorry. It's a family heirloom)
Coconut oil (feels good, smells nice, can even be used to cook, what's not to love?)
Palm Kernel oil (also smells nice and can be used for your hair, your body, your feet, your nyash fa without causing any negative reaction)
Someone also mentioned Palmers. The chief ingredient of palmers is cocoa butter. Go and get twice d amount of cocoa butter & save yourself N200.
Any of those 4 work very well and will definitely cost you less than buying expensive creams and crap from foreign companies who have simply re-packaged these same products, added frangrances and other unnecessary crap like colours, and put the scientific/biological names on d list of ingredients to confuse you and make you think it's something unbelievable! Hope this helps.
If you want to be tush sha & not appear cheap (I've overcome this mentality but that's just me and I can b raz and nobody will blink) then go for Yves Rocher products (
www.yvesrocher.com) Good to the environment, as untainted as possible and it satisfies the sophisticat "wanting-to-be" syndrome without breaking a huge hole in your wallet! What's not to love?
