My Fear For Arsenal
« on: April 13, 2006, 01:31 AM »

Where do i start?

Few hours ago, they draw a vital match as well

Why is Arsenal playing like this?

Why are they more serious about Champions league than Premiership?

I can't imagine Arsenal not playing in next season's Champions league.

There is definitely a problem somewhere.

Only God knows who will win Champions League.

What do you think is wrong?

The problem is superiority complex and complacency killing us.
Being the first time in champions league the boys are on toes travelling in and out so draining our energy
They are  overworked I must say!
Adebayor is our problem for now! colluding with all opponents to waste balls

Fear for your team because when young guns mature they will conquer all before them

Priscila i totally agree with you, Wenger needs to put adebayor on the bench for a while, maybe when he brings him back he'll concentrate i don't know his problem, the match against man u he had chances and he misused them, yesterday i was so angry when we drew .i was like if we continue playing like this we'll not go to the champions league next season, and we will lose players ,  Embarrassed Cry Cry Cry Cry

kola

o boy! see me see arsenal ooo!

personallty i think we are more motivated for champions league than premiership. in the past wenger complained that exhaustion due to premiership matches affected our champions league campaign. so since we aren't contending for EPL title it's been easier for us this year.

but now Manu-u has done it again, stopped our cruise midway and we have to pick ourselves up. but i believe we can do it. my only fear is that we do it before villareal and not let it affect our game like its done in the past.

Man Utd has clogged Arsenal's wheels again like they always do. The Gunners will wobble and stumble again because the team's confidence has been blown away.
They must pick themselves up asap before things really degenerate.
I will be particularly happy if Tottenham/Blackburn/Bolton claims the 4th spot because these teams will be hungrier than these bunch of Gunners.
The present team lacks determination and strength in-depth to fight for the 4th spot. Wenger's decisions might be called into question should Arsenal loses out to Villareal.
Arsenal must start winning matches if they want to play in the UCL come september.

@ Prisccy,
Henry is a human being like y'all lots. It doesn't happen for em all the time. Sometimes the goals come, sometimes they fire blanks.
Dont be too bothered about him. I suggest u should worry about Wenger's dodgy tactics.
He was always preaching against NEGATIVE football attitude of most teams in the premiership. Wenger criticised Chelsea, Bolton and many other clubs for always locking up defences by throwing more men than necesary.
It came as a shock Wenger is now doing the things he once condemned. What do u call that?

This is why i think love Man Utd is different from every other team in England. Utd fans wont just sit and watch Man Utd play boring and defensive formation. Ferguson always go for broke. If the team wins, they win and if not too bad.
Man Utd could have gone to the bridge to settle for a draw and play 3-6-1 formation on saturday but Ferguson knows United fans will not settle for less.
Dont let it surprise u Barca loves attacking like Man Utd too. The difference here is Barca's unbelieveable potency in its attack. I am yet to see any defence Dinho and Etoo cannot unlock in the whole wide world.
The best form of defence is too attack. If Wenger sits back hoping for miracle like the atch against Villareal then start singing asta lavista or simply scream voila!

Hucarson!
So you are beating at this bush and refused to concede that 3-0 rout of your own!
I ve been asking Jackal and Nuggard if you and other United for life were fine.
I thought you were hospitalised.
You come here to praise Manchester United! go to the relevant subject and praise them there after that humiliating ridiculous complete defeat-Very toothless men!

Just help us praise our beloved Arsenal if you must write here!

Gunners!
What will we do to these tottenham toddlers who have conspired with every team they play to shame us? Bolton just refused to play their game!
We ave one option to win the UEFA cup and they will burry their heads in shame!
They will never make to the top five again those  inconsistent homo-habilis!

@Prisccy,

I don't understand what u mean by show of shame. The result didnt quite justify the game play and even Jose was quick to admit that.
Man Utd conceeded some cheap goals and they were punished. It was an away match and was always going to be difficult.
The only team that should bury its head in shame is Arsenal who lost 2-0 at home to Chelsea.

I was happy with the performance of ma team because they died fighting. Man Utd's midfield was their greatest undoing because we all know John O'shea and Giggs were not natural midfielders. Makelele and Essien were always gon be favourites and the match was won/lost in the midfield.
Man Utd has won carling cup and Chelsea has lifted the Premiership title, can u tell me what Arsenal has won?
How would u feel if your team fails to make UCL next season?

I see fire on the mountain for y'all gunners.
I am going to reserve a Man Utd's application form for u in case you're switching clubs because of your love for Rooney n RVN.
Cheerzz

Hucarson!
You are not realistic! Which cheap goal after that classic eye opener from Gallas.
I ve never seen such a superb goal fron Disunited this season.Cavalho a defender can tear your defence and give a hot one to your lesser goalie and call any goal cheap?

Anyway about Arsenal you still hibernate and remain adamant not to see facts.
In The whole of England its the only team riding high in UEFA still you can't see because you are blinded by jealous and tortured heart because your team has kissed farewell to those days of greatness! Manchester United to concede 3 goals from a team just points ahead is quite embarrassing!
You crow with historical carling local cup and when it matters most your men fall like coconuts from a tree! You amaze me!We are talking of now not past events.

Wait and see the damage we do to Sunderland your team couldn't contain!
Am happy my Rooney will be in England team as my main man.
By the way liking Rooney or RVN cannot make me move from Arsenal!

Re: My Fear For Arsenal
« #25 on: May 01, 2006, 06:02 PM »

@ Prisccy,
You r the un-realistic one here. You have never seen such which goal? The goal Rooney scored against Lehmann won him PFA awards and has been rated the goal of the season. Carvallho's goal was a goal of simple counter-attack. 4 chelsea players against 2 Man Utd defenders. My pet dog would have scored better than Carvallho did so that aint an issue.
The match has been won and its been buried. Chelsea was a better side on the day. Whatz more? We took 3 points off each other.
We r stilll better than Arsenal that lost 6 points to chelsea and lost 4 points to United. So take a chill pill.

As for Sunderland, u should know football aint mathematics. Man Utd can struggle against a lowly rated team but didnt we beat the Gunners,Chelski and Liverpool on the same pitch? your point is invalid.
No one is jealous of Arsenal here. What have they won that United hasn't won before? Nuthing!
United is the team in England.  Should Mourinho win the title again next season, he will only equal Ferguson's recordz- he wldn't have broken it.
Arsenal should be ashamed because they have lost the throne in the capital city to Chelsea and Spurs.
Change your team now before the 17th. I will taunt u till kingdom come if u do not win UEFA-----your last chance.

@ 4 play,
Even Arsenal fans know they don't deserve that final this season.
You gast to look at the previous seasons as well. Arsenal of 03/04 play the best football in Europe and they didnt make any impact in europe that season. They fell like the walls of Jericho so lets just assume luck has decided to shine on em this season.
Sometimes its when u don't read that u pass an examination very well.
The luck can only take em to the Finals as runner-up. They cannot win the Cup.

Please don't misinform members here, PFA's award was given because of one single goal!
Do you know that all professional players in England has to send in their votes?
Personally, i would not accept rubbish facts

Has Baba Alex won premiership three times in a row?

Arsenal is in the final and they deserve to be there.
hucarson (m)
Re: My Fear For Arsenal
« #29 on: May 01, 2006, 09:13 PM »

@ Akola,
I am disappointed by your comments.
Ferguson won the premiership in 1999,2000 and 2001.
Go n check your records. It is now obvious you're not as sound as u have made yourself to be as a soccer fan.

Rooney's goal against arsenal won it for him. He is the best player of his age in the whole wide world.
Its true all players must send in their votes. The goal against Arsenal did increase his votes because a certain player nearly pipped Wayne to win the young players award.

Arsenal did not deserve to be in the final this season but these things happen in football.
The last game against Villareal is the worst champions league match ever witnessed in the history of european football.
Sometimes a team plays extremely well and don't win and sometimes a team scraps to win matches.
If u ask me,i must say arsenal of 03/04 season is 1000 times better than these crop of the present arsenal.
Maybe its their time to reign, who knows?

P.S. I am still fazed u don't know Fergie has done 3 in a row in the premiership.
Thats why he is the best MANAGER in the league.
       You disappoint me humungously

Its was a mix-up.

Your chosen dates confuses me.

ha ha hucarson and 4 play!
You are still taking cover here? Take some leaves and cover your faces in shame!
Check out the headline!
ARSENAL TOO SRONG FOR SUNDERLAND!
Read between those lines and you will know its not Sunderland they mean here, its Disunited rebels we are strong for.
You better decamp from that team which without Rooney even RVN,Saha,Giggs and O"shea play defence. Are they defenders? you should have played your miserable game and we could have seen the damage Yakubu men could have done to you!
With that lesser long sighted goalie of yours who can't see anything shot within the square and a funny name alongside him. Losers just as Makelele put it and first and last as Morinho described!

Look at what Igwe and his men have done to Sunderland. You are here rumbling and chewing cud as an aftermarth!
Glory to Chelsea and any team that has humiliated you including your strongest sunderland!
Infamy! infamy from all round losers
