I Have A Few Questions

I'm new to this forum.

I'm having trouble finding the "quote" button at the end of posts. On other fora, I use this to reply to a specific post.

Is there a way for me to change the colour scheme of the pages for my profile? The grey is vey dull.

I had to click on reply before getting the option to quote.
On other fora, the option is avaiable before clicking on reply.
