Hello friends, i need help, my Dell Latitude D505, Pentium M, 40Gb, 512RAM, operating on Windows XP fails to standby, it just shows "preparing to standby" but it doesn't, i always have to shut it down by pressing the power button , and i hate doing that Any Help?
reload the operating system by using higher version of xp, like vista the dvd version, since you are using 512 memory, because without it it wont install. it will install all the components you have desired to have. try that.
