Working as part of our airport team, the ticketing and reservations officer will be responsible for the issuance of documentation, for example, tickets, miscellaneous charges order and excess baggage payments.
The knowledge to account for every document issued on a ticket sales return (TSR) and reconcile all revenues collected accurately against the TSR before banking are all functions that will be carried out on a daily basis.
Further to these duties, the ticketing and reservations officers will join the rest of the airport team during flight disruptions in order to take appropriate action in the event of a delay, cancellation or an oversale situation.
