Security Guard Division: General Location: Accra, Ghana Status: Full Time The Security Guard will secure and protect Arik Air Ltd assets and personnel. The Guard will conduct routine patrol checks and present incident reports to the Security Manager. The Guard will control access to buildings and premises adopting and using security directives appropriately. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and remain calm in an emergency situation. Minimum requirements: School Certificate Ex-military / ex-police will be considered 1 year minimum experience in a security organization Security Officer Division: General Location: Accra, Ghana Status: Full Time The main purpose of Arik Air's Security Officer is to assist in the security and safety of Arik Air Ltd assets and employees The role involves the supervision of guards, the routine survey of Arik Air Ltd assets, the investigation and preparation of reports on cases of theft, illegal entry, assault and / or other inceidents. Strong analytical, coordination and organisational skills are essential to plan and execute actions in response to security problems combined with good judgment and interpersonal skills when dealing with emergencies. Administration Plumber Division: Administration Location: Lagos Status: Full Time The Plumber reports to the Senior Admin Officer and will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in both our residential and commercial buildings. As a passenger service agent your key responsibilities will include pre-flight preparations (e.g catering and special needs documentation), performing check in and departure duties; meet and greeting passengers, opening and closing check in and the gates on time, resolving operational discrepancies whilst also taking remedial action to solve a wide range of service issues. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of our passengers are essential skills that are central to this role. Marketing and Sales Ticketing and Reservations Officer Division: Marketing and Sales Location: Ghana Status: Full time Working as part of our airport team, the ticketing and reservations officer will be responsible for the issuance of documentation, for example, tickets, miscellaneous charges order and excess baggage payments. The knowledge to account for every document issued on a ticket sales return (TSR) and reconcile all revenues collected accurately against the TSR before banking are all functions that will be carried out on a daily basis. Further to these duties, the ticketing and reservations officers will join the rest of the airport team during flight disruptions in order to take appropriate action in the event of a delay, cancellation or an oversale situation.
