please can someone help me to tell Celtel to do something about their recharge card foil, because its hard to scratch. this is not so in other operators (i.e MTN, Glo, Bourdex n the rest) theirs is easy to scratch. One even end up scratching off the numbers. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this too. I Just wasted my N1,000 card
