Web Developer Needed

I currently need to hire a Web Developer.

Terms

1. Work full-time and earn between 40,000 and 60,000 per month depending on experience and skill-level
2. Work on contract basis (per project) OR
3. Charge per hour between 1,000 and 2,000 per hour depending on the complexity of the project

Requirement

1. A good understanding of PHP/MySql (but not neccessarily a PHP programmer)
2. A fair knowledge of ASP would be appreciated
3. Must be able to use Adobe Dreamweaver and be very good with CSS
4. Should be able to create appealing web graphics
5. Must be able achieve result within a short time
6. Must submit at least URLs of 3 most recent jobs
