Who Is The Maddest?

There was this supremacy tussle between medical practitioner and their counterpart(Orthodox)

So,a research was done by picking 100 mad people and grouping them into 2.i.e 50 for the medical ones and 50 for their counterpart.
A period of 4 weeks was given to cure the madness in this people.
After the expiration of this period;they were all gathered to test how far they've regained their brains.

A long bus was drawn on the wall and  were asked to find their way into the bus.
The Medical ones were the first to be testedl.Come and see.All of them rushed to enter the bus which showed that they were still insane.

The orthodox team were found fumbling that @ least half of their patients would sail through.When they were called;all of them rushed too except one.They were very happy that @least they performed ahead their counterpart.Hoping that the one that didn't join the bus must have regained his sense.

When he was now asked why he did not do as others.He simply said
"Oh you mean joinig the bus over there?Those people are mad people and I can't join them"

Everybody was happy again that finally this man was cured.He now interjected again and said" And they can't enter the bus until I open the door for them with the keys in my hand.And,nothing was even in his hand
