We cannot take out how we appear from christianity. The very essence of christ coming is for differentiation. We can't look like Rap stars or prostitutes.

We must be modest 100%

Tayo D and Jeshua,

I'll like to invite both of u to the forthcoming International Pastors and Partners conference coming up in November, i'll reallybe glad to be ur host. if u guys are coming, just let me know.

May be it'll be an opportunity for u  to be with pastor Chris live (for the first time ?) and be able to hear words borne out of the spirit of God and deep meditation in the WORD, and then be enraptured in that atmosphere that destroys impossibilities from ur mindset,

U know it's so easy to be a critic, i remember one of the sons of Zebedee telling Jesus that they saw a man casting out devils in his name but they forbade him because he was not part of  their 'congregation'. But u all know what Jesus told him. waiting to hear from u guys

greetings all, how come no one has qouted 1cor 4v1-5? it says "so look at apollos and me as mere servants of christ who have been put in charge of explaining Gods secrets. 2 now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful.3 what about me? have i been faithful? well it matters very little what you or anyone else thinks i don't even trust my own judgement on this point.4 my conscience is clear but that isnt what matters. it is the lord himself who will examine me and decide. so be careful not to jump to conclusions before the lord returns as to wether or not someone is faithful . when the lord comes he will bring our deepest secrets to light and reveal our deepest motives. and then God will give to everyone whatever praise due.verse6 dear brothers and sisters i have used apollos and myself to illustrate what i have been saying. if you pay attention to the scriptures you wont brag about one of your leaders at the expense of another."
pleas donne, lyssa and all chris faithfuls if paul said only God can decide if he  was faithful we shouldnt resort to bigotry in out followership of men of God, its God who will decide if chris is faithful not u and not even chris

In otherwords, you are saying we should cheer the critics on hun? Why don't you mention the names of the critics here.  Something u must undetrstand is that no true christain will want to belong to a flock where he/she is not sure the pastor is following Jesus.

If you can get at the shepherd, the sheep will be scattered; Will you prefer that? We are only grateful for our man of God. There are a lot of evils regrettably being performed by christians all over the world. Some will even claim to be following our example; but it is the Spirit that tries all things.

We trust the Word and the Spirit (not any man) by whom we are made strong and by whom we will continue to plunder the kingdom of darkness.

By the way, Christ Embassy will be distributing 2 million copies of Rhapsody of realities FREE to celebrate independence in Nigeria!

Glory to Jesus!

Every one who has got the Spirit of God resident in him, would know that
1.The Holy Spirit is one as the Father(God himself), the Son(Jesus the Word of God).
The word says that his words are SPIRIT, Life and Truth.

Let me explain. the Holy Spirit is the one which proceeded out of the father; God's Spirit In other words, each time God spoke a word, the Holy Spirit goes into action. eg in the book of Genesis, God Said 'Let there be Light' and the Holy Spirit moved on the surface of the earth and there was light.

2. Jesus, the Spoken word of God was 'made flesh and dwelt among us' How? when Mary was conceived of the Spirit of God. He(Jesus) was 100% Spirit and 100% man on earth.

Now its even more exciting to know that the Spirit of God now resides in us Believers. because Jesus said it was expedient for him to go 'back to the father' so that 'Allos Parakletos'(another of the same kind) would come and dwell with us without measure.
Question is DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE POTENCY OF GOD'S WORD?

@Pilgrim

I think you are seeing what I said.

There is the evolution of a false doctrine from hell. If you don't know the word you will be deceived by these MOGs. And when one is Deceived he continues to Honestly deceive others.

Just look at what is said Below

This man is attacking the triuness of God.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE MOST HIGH
THE FATHER IS THE MOST HIGH
THE SON (JESUS) IS THE MOST HIGH

ALL THIS 3 ARE ONE AND IT LOOKS AS THERE IS NO SENIORITY IN THE GODHEAD BECAUSE THEY LOVE EACH FROM ETERNITY TO ETERNITY.

2. Jesus, the Spoken word of God was 'made flesh and dwelt among us' How? when Mary was conceived of the Spirit of God. He(Jesus) was 100% Spirit and 100% man on earth.

No Jesus is 100% GOD and 100% Man.

Now its even more exciting to know that the Spirit of God now resides in us Believers. because Jesus said it was expedient for him to go 'back to the father' so that 'Allos Parakletos'(another of the same kind) would come and dwell with us without measure.

Yes Another of a Kind. The question which Kind?  The same that came on Jesus when he came out of the water.  The spirit of Jesus is different from the Holy Ghost.

We see from Jesus that there is a difference between Baptism of the Holy Ghost.  The Holy Ghost is God and we can never be born again with the Holy Ghost. If we don't believe the Holy Ghost we can't be born again. Jesus is the Voice of God. The bible a times Symbolically calls Jesus as the Voice of God and this does not make him Less of anything but God in the God head.

Now look at GENESIS AFTER THE FALL it says and "THE VOICE OF GOD WAS WALKING IN THE GARDEN" Jesus meet with man on various occassions. He came as an Angel it does not make him less than GOD.

The Holy Ghost is Symbolically a DOVE and sometimes Flaming tongue.

THE HOLY GHOST BAPTISM JESUS WAS TALKING OF USING THE DESCRIPTION ('Allos Parakletos')  Was to tell the disciples that you have seen me behave this spirit that will come must Show you to the father through me. It will talk of Me because I (Jesus) lead to the father.

THERE IS NO OGA IN THE GODHEAD.  THE SIN OF SATAN WAS THAT HE WANTED TO ASCEND HIS THRONE OVER THE GOD HEAD. AND YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT SATAN STILL THINKS THAT HE CAN HAVE HIS WAY THAT IS WHY HE TOLD JESUS TO BOW DOWN TO HIM.

THAT IS WHY ANY MAN THAT DIES IN A SINFUL STATE REMAINS SINFUL AND CANNOT DWELL IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD. THE UNREGENERATE REMAINS AN ENEMY OF GOD FOREVER EVEN WHEN HE DIES AND IS OUT OF THE HUMAN BODY.

This doctrine as treating the holy Ghost as a mere messenger that is very dangerous and it stems from the desire to explain the God head without the spirit of Holiness.  The Holy Ghost is God.

I KNOW PASTOR CHRIS, I WAS A MEMBER OF CHRIST EMBASSY BEFORE I LEFT.

IN MY SINCERE OPINION, CHRIS HAS A WONDERFUL MESSAGE THAT CONTAINS LITTLE HERESY. WHAT DO YOU THING WILL HAPPEN IF YOU FEED ON A VERY NUTRITOUS CAKE THAT CONTAINS VERY LITTLE POISON- YOU WILL SURELY GET SICK. THAT IS CHRIST EMBASSY FOR YOU!

THE MESSAGE IS SOLID BUT YOU STILL FIND LITTLE HERESIES LIKE:

YOU CAN'T PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS
ALL REVELATION IS GIVEN THROUGH PASTOR CHRIS-YOU can't PREACH A NEW REVELATION
YOU can't BE INVITED TO PROGRAMMES BY OTHER MINISTRIES AS A LEADER IN CHRIST EMBASSY

I THINK EVERYTHING THERE SEEM TO BE CENTRED AROUND THE MAN CHRIS. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN HE IS NO LONGER THERE?

REMEMBER FALSE PROPHETS MUST NOT HAVE LONG BEARDS LIKE TB JOSHUA, THEY MUST NOT LOOK UGLY, OR UNKEPT.

I THINK AS A CHILD OF LIGHT YOU SHOULD HAVE FELLOWSHIP WITH OTHER CHRISTIANS.CHRIS SHOULD HAVE OTHER PASTOR FRIENDS IN NIGERIA LIKE ADEBOYE,OYEDEPO,ADEFARASIN, AND MANY OTHERS THAT HAVE TESTED TESTIMONIES. NOT FRIENDS LIKE T.B JOSHUA WHOSE CHRISTIANITY IS VERY CONTROVERSIAL.

MY ADVICE TO ALL BLW MEMBERS IS TO KNOW GOD FOR YOUR SELF AND BE SENSITIVE TO THE TEACHINGS YOU RECIEVE, because THATS IS THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND BE FREE FROM ERROR.

CHEER!

The problem is with you and not with Christ embassy.

We have been trained spritually enough so as not to tolerate the kind of spiritual indiscipline we see around. Where a choir master will leave his church because he had a quarel wth d pastor and go on to start his own church down the road. Because you do not see that in our midst, you are offended. That is not the spirit of Christ. There is no room for busy-bodies in God's house.

We have a mission, we have a message and we have no time to play church.

We do not allow all those man-made doctrines which you peddle around among yourselves, in our midst. That is what you are angry about.

We consider the breaking of bread and wine a more excellent way to plead the blood. We overcome by faith in the blood and not by your so-called pleading/sprinkling which you preach, attempting to do what Jesus did when hetook his blood into the holliest of hollies and sprinkled it on the mercy seat in heaven once and for all for the remmisiion of sin. No man today has the right to sprinkle that blood on the main road or anywhere else,  it sound nice but it amounts to spiritual confusion.

Christ Embassy is a very large church. We have millions of brethren and thousands of pastors to relate with, thanx. By d way, what makes you think pastor chris dosnt have minister friends in Nigeria and around the world?

You can take me on on whichever doctrinal issues you may wish to and i'll show you from scriptures what you do not know.

Ok Donnie, lets take you step by step:

Quote

'The problem is with you and not with Christ embassy.'

[Response]

What is wrong in leaving a church that you do not believe in the authenticity of its leader? Is it not better than remaining there and behaving like a rebel? Now that I am out of christ embassy am I free from what I consider  'false doctrines'. But if you say its my problem i will take it but brother, i have found a comfortable place in House on the Rock.

[Response]

How did Pastor Chris start? Was he not ever in a church somewhere? Why did he leave to start his own church? Why did he not remain there? If you don't  have problem with pastor chris starting christ embassy in the first place, why do you think its indiscipline to leave a church you don't have faith in?

would you call fellowshipping with other christians that are not christ embassy members 'doctrine of men''?

[Response]

The bible says : 'we overcame the devil by the blood of the lamb and by the words of our testimony.'
it also says 'there are three that bear witness on earth, the blood, the water and the spirit.'
I did not mention sprinkling, or a physical ritual.I was talking about pastor Chris preaching against Christian pleading the blood in their prayers.

Quote

[Response]

Ok. Mention some of his nigerian pastor friends- Charity begins at home. You may exclude T.B Joshua that is already known.

We know that the Christ that most of these pastors preach is different from the one we believe in. There are false christs out there and their prophets are so good that even the elect if they are not careful can be deceived. Lets check every teaching we receive and test the spirit behind them before we accept them.

Thank you!

You say you left becasue you do not believe the authenticity of athe leader which is good as long as you have a witness in you heart as to what is authentic.

Pastor Chris recived a very definite call and vision from God in 1981: to take the divine presence of God to the nations of the world and since then, he has carried that vision and ran with it with so much passion. Now that presence is evident every where we go. Its in our books, our tapes. Signs and wonders occur all over the world by just coming in contact with any anything from our ministry because they are annointed, they carry that presence.

Pastor Chris was born into Assemblies of God church. When he started out his ministry he did not have in mind to establish a church. All he wanted was to carry the message around the world. The church is a result ot the vision. This is the reason many don't understand our ministry. They are astonished at the results we get, it isn't our own making. These are the signs that should accompany the vision.

By the way, Pastor Chris went into school in his first year, he joined the christian organization there but was made to undersatand that he couldn't continue there. At one time, he told the leader of the fellowship he wanted to organize a seminar and "how long have you been here?" came his response. then when he replied, "that is not enough time to know what happening around here" came the final response. he was however allowed to go on ahead apart from the chrsitian group.

He went on to invite people, even from outside school and there were miracles signs and wonders and the name of our lord was glorified. Students from different races including whites recieved the word and were converted. The cultists, winners of beauty peagents, robbers, all came to know the Lord and were filled with the Holy ghost, speaking with new tongues.

Then the religious folks began to say, "you may have the gifts but not the fruits" as if sickness and disease will obey a man who is not walking in righteouness. It is exactly the same thing we see today, only on a higher level. Satan has not changed. He is still the old deciever an he'll do anything to make sure that the people deny the true power and presence of God but he is a defeated foe.

The bible says : 'we overcame the devil by the blood of the lamb and by the words of our testimony.' That does not suggest sprinkling does it? That refers to faith in the blood and not your so-called sprinkling.

The way to plead the blood is to stand by faith in what that blood has accomplished for us and refuse anything contrary. This is the reason for the Holy communion.  Jesus on the night before he was betrayed, with the cup of wine in his hand, called it the blood of the new and everlasting covenant. Hebrews says it speaks better things than that of Abel. Saying, I plead the blood does not necessarily plead the blood, undersatnd? That only leaves God's people in ignorance while they recite that line as a magic chant without actually pleading the blood. Pastor Chris really did not preach against pleading the blood but rather exposed the ignorance of many as regarding the subject.

Thanks for your preaching, even though you only repeated that lie that has already been told among penticostals. There is only one Jesus who died, was buried and rose again from the dead after 3 days. There is only one Jesus with authority, by whom demons are cast out , let no man decieve you.

You may be confused becasue you do not know God's Word or because you lack the Spirit of truth; I am not.

By the way, i do not think your pastor, Paul Adeferasin shares the same views as you.

The Blood of Jesus is the very Life of Jesus himself as a man.

Any can plead the blood of Jesus.

The Devil is Afraid of the Blood because it is the Signature that Jesus Lost his Life for Man.

I will plead the Blood for it says when I see the blood I will PASSOVER.

For without the Shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.

Pastor Chris can heal with false spirit so please don't bring that Healing thing here.

Who can do miracle more than my God Jesus.

Everything is pointing to Pastor Chris Not Jesus it shows me the Spirit you and Pastor Chris has.

It says the Holy Ghost will teach you of Me (Jesus)

LET  THE SCRIPTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES:

Matthew, Chapter 24;24: For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mark, Chapter 13;22:    For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

mathew chapter 6:20-23
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many     wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Hebrews, Chapter 10;19: Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

1 John, Chapter 1, 007: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

heb 11;24:   And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

Brotherly i don't understand how you can say that he didnt have in mind to establish a church. You are being drawn into the arguement you seem to avoid, church is a people called out of darkness into his marvelous light not a denomination. Yes we have denominations, but the Christ Embassy (church) does not belong to Pastor Chris.

Am just joking though i understand your point but on a serious note are you sure you know much about BLW. Please do your research well, ask old members about the early CEC 7 members and Pastor Anita's role in setting up the fellowship. You have a lot to learn.

I will not join issues on Pastor Chris whether he is or not authentic, i know he is, i have no doubt in my spirit, he is called of God. Some of us got born again on campus in Believers Love World so we know, but still that doesn't cloud our judgement.

Donnie why is it that the same God that called Pastor Chris into ministry, why can't he call others into ministry as well, wheres the confusion, or is it a monopoly.

My greatest concern as many of us that knew BLW when Camp meeting was still held at (UNIBEN, ASCON, Stadium, Redeem Camp) is the association with TB.Joshua, it burns our heart and several other issues coming out these days but this would not be the right avenue to discuss it, the fact we are christains does not mean we shouldnt talk to each other.

My dear, i've done all that asking since about 10 years ago.

At least i should have known by now where i am and what i stand for.

I wonder where you got the idea from that we do not recognize those in our midst who have been called in a special way. What you will not see however, is indiscipline and selfishness the way it is in several quarters today.

I do not know who you are refeering to as the special /chosen 7. I know we have about 8 central executive council members including pastors Chris and Anita and i have seen over the years the fear of the Lord which they exhibit in carrying out His work. The same grace and annointing i see in Pastor Chris, i also see in them. You sound as though they are some occultic group or something.

Anyways, i recognize your sincere show of concern, and i really appreciate that. . . unlike some people.

Dear friends
Just want to say this about Nigerians evangelist , ' I have seen many of them sprouting out over the recent years and wonder whether you guys are doing this for God 's sake or for your own prosperity.
By the way which church did pastor Chris used to attend before he formed his own  and how many have left his church to form their own. AND WHY DID HE LEAVE THEM.
Is this good for the 'word' and couldn;t he have stayed and resolved whatever differences he had because it looks like there is a fierce competence to gain membership and the moment you enter the church people want you to be a member of the church, forgeting that l look at anyone as equal before God's eyes.
Pliz avoid these splits and personally l don't want curls on my leader though l don't mind if you guys are happyumwith them. And another thing is why should he use those Greek words in his video clips, my grans won't understands anything from that unless he ain't targeting them.

I am dying at 28 years and need Pastor Chris to come pray over me to help me become delivered and holy spirit filled  before it is too late. I sold my piano and can pay for Chris to come to Rochester NY for a few hours to pray for me.

Please someone help me in contacting him.

It's a pity to hear about your situation but I assure you that pastor chris is not God the healer. I know how you feel right now but if you can look up in heaven and ask God  with an impeccable faith to heal you, you shall be made whole. Mark my words today,  Chris oyakhilome can fail you over and over again but Jesus Christ can never ever fail you. I'll also be praying for you.

I don't care whatever anyone feels or talks about Pastor Chris Oyahilome! He is my favorite pastor, I adore him! He is a man after God's heart, he preaches the gospel in a way that even the most slow thinking person would understand.

I believe in this teachings with the whole of my mind, body and soul.
I attend Catholic church because i am forced to but my mind is in Christ Embassy where the gospel works.

The gospel has never failed me and I have learnt so many things through Pastor Chris television ministry.

He is just not a Pastor but a REFINED TEACHER.

To think i actually read 17pages of this.
My comments are:

Its good to listen to/read other points of view objectively.

Stop defending your pastor.Everyone is accountable for His own life to God and he alone knows who is serving him.

When something is wrong, it is wrong and that includes stealing money.

Read your bible, let Gods word be your guide and every other thing including your pastor-secondary

God help us all in our walk to Getting to know him more.

Yeah papa,

It's bn quite a while.

So what is it am hearing?

I hear South Africa is warming up for a big shake-up come March 28th 2008.

It's a Night of Bliss with pator Chris @ the Johannesburg stadium in South Africa.

For sure that nation would not be the same a again after the program.

And i pray that the power of God would be sooo manifested that stongholds of religion and circularity will be broken in the mighty name of Jesus christ; giving way for the entrance of God's living Word into their hearts.

I pray for an outpouring of God's Spirit and a greater harvest of miracles signs and wonders.

I also pray that Pastor Chris' be delivered from wicked and unreasonable men who do not have fatih.

Amen. God bless.
