depends on what aspect you want to create a topic at. if its under entertainment for instance, click on entertainment and on the left hand side you should find something about creating a new topic

Hi Nike4luv, I have looked at the other forums, but there are no buttons at all for me to start a new topic, in the new members area and elsewhere I can at least see "reply" buttons, but not "new topic". Do I have to wait to be cleared by the admin or moderators before I can start new topics?

Hi Messieurs et Mesdames,
I'm kind of new on this site. I was only just told about it by a friend back home in Nigeria. I'D like to meet more Nigerians here in France who are on to Nairaland. And, Seun, you guys are doing a wonderful job out there for Nigerians. Makes me proud to fly the green-white-green next to the French Tricouleur outside my consulting room here in Grenoble.
