Mac Osx And Windows Xp On Toshiba

Hello People. I have a few questions I would like to ask.

1. Is it possible to run Mac OSX(Leopard) on any laptop (a toshiba A100-756) to be precise? or must it be on their macbooks?
2. If possible, can i run it simultaneously with windows xp by partitioning my hard drive?
3. Where can i obtain the software free ? either by download or to buy cheaply. I am  in Abuja mind you.

While I would appreciate any responses, I do not need any saints telling me on how piracy is bad blah blah blah.
