Been a busy week! I doubt I'll be posting any more pictures, till the final ones - she'll be finished next week. Assembling her, just waiting for the tinting foim to come down, and tint the windows, all bar the front screen. As for the colour, hmmm. . . Let's just say, she won't go unnoticed!

What a nice magazine you had great privilege of showing your car featured there! You asked me what model/made my car I have now.
I am aware the fact that you are specialized in Audi and VW cars. My 4th car is 1995 Chrysler Cirrus LXI that had a minor front-end wreckage my dad bought from the previous owner for sale. It can be replaced new front grilled hood with new pair of headlight, new radiator and new hood opening. That was supposed giving to my niece at that time she was 15 years old desperately need a car for her job. My niece does not want that UGLY MEDIUM-SIZED CAR. (now 18 yr old, has new 2007 small compact car)
Because my 3rd car, 1997 Geo Metro LXI 4-door sedan was totalled caused by other driver smashed into me at the rear not paying attention to the traffic light and me where I yielded for the traffic light turned from yellow to red light on NEW YEAR EVE of 2006.
Fortunately other driver, female passenger and I were not hurt. I loved my car, Geo Metro LXI so much for 9 years with over 200,000 mileage that I took care greatly---having no engine problem at all. Because I was DAMN PROUD that I paid in full for my car at my own expense and thanked to my dad taught me new responsibly at my own (checking oil change, tire, timing belt replacement basically).
I had plan for trade-in my car, Geo Metro to Chevrolet Aveo 5-doors hatchback that i yearn BEFORE WRECKED and I was not ready for purchase new car until my budget become affordable. That's why my dad QUICKLY fixed up Chrysler Cirrus LXI for me. It was THE RIGHT TIME when I need a car for my church transportation. We lived far away 3 hours trip. What a coincidence!!!
Of course, the other driver's insurance company paid for 2 weeks rental car, license plate/registration transferred and purchased needed parts on Chrysler Cirrus for me until my dad finished up work to be delivered my car to my place. The insurance amount was too small for purchasing new car include downpayment, adjusting my auto insurance premium and new car loan payment that does not fitting my budget needs. Don't forget that the insurance company also paid for other driver's totalled Honda Civic car that does not belong to that driver----come from female passenger's brother. That driver was her boyfriend. That is why i settled for Chrysler Cirrus better than nothing.

My wishful thinking to evolve my car Chrysler Cirrus into Chevrolet Aveo 5-door hatchback! LOL!!!

Uspry, who says the Chrysler and Chevvy aren't ripe / ideal for pimping? I think they'll look really cool!

@poster Really, do you think it is possible pimping Chrysler Cirrus into Chevrolet Aveo 5-door hatchback from medium-sized into small compact hatchback car? To me, it would be great but i don't have cost feasible unless i write creative grant proposal receiving fund for this project.

True about customized cars are lot less, but engine, transmission, sensors are quite expensive.
Let me ask my dad's The Whitney (sp) automotive accessories magazine to look at and reply you back later.
I guess it would be wise purchasing junk engine/transmission/sensors for pimping chevy aveo hatchback, i don't think so! I prefer up-to-date customized 5-door hatchback small compact car.

Uspry! You certainly seem to know a great deal about cars! I'm dead impressed. Hey Siena this is great work. I can't wait for u to finish this project. Well if you still live in east London then, then I'll be on the look out for the finished product. Kudos mate! IYaeto, I don't live in East London, moved away ages ago! But, I'm in London every so often, so you'll probably see the finished product at some point.

I also would want to know what kind of break pads you will be fixing on those caliphers, because they are huge moreover i saw only two of it, what about the rear wheels?

Obviously, as I was modifying Audi RS4 Avant rear quarters to fit a sedan, I realised the original Audi A4 inner wheel arch recesses wouldn't match the wider outer panels. So, I purchased the rear inner arches of the Audi RS4 to match. . .

I also would want to know what kind of break pads you will be fixing on those caliphers, because they are huge moreover i saw only two of it, what about the rear wheels? Pads will be standard Audi S8 pads, though I've also got a set of Hawk Performance pads from the US. Rears will remain standard for now. You only get about 25% braking at the rear, but will later upgrade to 321mm discs, and smaller, twin-piston Brembo calipers.

Just for rear wheels. The front's don't require them, as the fenders act as the wheel arch recess, the front frame is the same as the Audi RS4 one.

Again, the plastic inner wheel arch liners of the standard Audi A4, won't mate up to the wider RS4 arches, front and rear.
Yes, most would say, why bother? They're virtually invisible. True, but they prevent mud, and other road muck, from getting flung up into the metalwork, including grit and gravel, which will eventually remove the paint, and attack the galvanised surface of the metal, inviting the Red Terror, rust.
So, Audi RS4 plastic wheel arch liners were ordered, and purchased.

A lot of folk have commented on Project RS4 B5, a lot are particularly concerned, that it looks in a bit of a state - one asked me, via Yahoo!, "are you sure that car will ever go back together again?" I laughed, because I was genuinely amused (I hope the Nairalander isn't offended). Yes, she'll go back together just fine, I'm not worried about taking the scalpel to my car, you can't create a masterpiece, without a bit of slicing, and welding! It's just got to be done! Still, she'll be finished on Friday night, I'm working like a Trojan to ensure she's back in action! I'll bring her home on Saturday, and a lot of pictures to follow. Main shell has been painted, painting the doors, bumpers tomorrow, as I didn't bother fitting them, as I want the paint to reach every nook and cranny. Then, a day spent flatting down the new paint, then polishing, fitting doors, bumpers. Window tinting guy can't do the work whilst the car's in the workshop, too much dust, so will either have to drive the car down to him, or re-book a later appointment. But, I'm not allowing that to hold me up. Pictures to follow, whilst you guys are waiting, can anyone guess the colour she's going to be?
