I like mode9 but i like rugged better. There is inovation in every thing in this life and that inludes music. Mode9 has mentained the old school way of rap, people say that is keeping it real. Keeping it real at a particular spot ? I don't think that is right. Rugged brings inovation in to the game. No doubt modey's yarns are more profound but if placing mode9 ahead of rugged is the only way to show that i am inteligent, then i better remain a dunce. Most people that say that modey is better only say so in order to be politically correct. Most of them that i've come across don't even know his songs. They base their argument on what they hear other people say but on personal reasons. People always make referencet to his mixtape pentium IX. The question is, is pentium IX better than his real album Best Among Equals? If yes, then does that show improvement or living on past glory like someone noted. To me rugged remains better. If modey feels he's that good, i think the best person to confront is Gino. They both spit like oyinbo but Gino does it better. I also think that Gino's play on words is even better.

Damn, this place is full of hip hop head want to-bes.yall got a long way to go. As for 9, its not realy a case of "u have to be smart to understand his lyrics" . . . Its more like "u have to be extremely dumb not to".

yo blinx, mode 9 has no real album as far as i know, if he does then its so unpopullar even among his greatest fans, people are gettin me wrong, i like 9 and i think about to get ugly is a classic, but take it or leave it, you guys should beg ur allmighty mode9 to realease an album, how can u be around since 1999 and not have even 1 album to your name yet you say your a legend, i heard someone talk about battles and shit, 98% of rappers write there freestyles and battles, i could only trust cassidy, little flip and a few others on there freestyles, modenine fan shouldnt ack like modenine didnt use a verse from the track with sanchez on malcolm IX on as a freestyle on the same mixtape. can't rememeber i other but he did stuff like like that twice on that mixtape.(if you didnt notice this then you just hear rap music, you should listen to rap) BEFORE ANYONE ARGUES OVER THIS PLEASE GO PLAY MALCOLM IX TWICE AND LISTEN,

yea i heard so but i don't know up to 10 people that own it so how do i consider it an albm, and i know many modenine fans because am one of them, i designed the mobile version of the SWAT ROOT logo, if you followed swat root you would remember emma ugoli, he was there main source of hype on MBI, he gave me props on air for that design.
