I know you will hate me for doing this, but at some point we need to improve on our outlook of how things should be done.
The guys buying cars(scraps) from auctions not bothering to fix any damage then selling it to innocent buyers just to make quick money might be doing damage to their business down the road when it comes to quality of products they are selling.
If you look at the engine of the Concord there is something missing that should be there(air filter box).Imagine how dirty that engine is and the car has been sucking air+ other things into that engine valves might be compromised.You need to fix it before selling that car.
