Let's not be unreasonable about this. If u want to negotiate, you can do that without being insultive. To be real, a brand new 307 goes for more than 3m. I think that 1.49m is a fair price for one that has 15k miles on the odometer provided it has no mechanical issues. I'D be surprised if this car is still on the market.
