please Can Someone Tell Me, If June/july 2002 Neco Certificate

hi guys,
          you can all know that media houses are not interested again in educational news. so we have put them into shame. let me leave them for next time. but the main issue is that i want to know ,if june/july 2002 neco certificate is out now, because i need it for my admission.
please can someone tell me about this or how can i get it.
