POSITION

PROJECT MANAGER (preferably female)

Educational Qualifications (for all job categories)

•   A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field with a minimum of 2nd class lower.
Skill Set
•   Software Programming / development skills. -Beginner/Intermediate Level
•   Good background of I.T Systems infrastructure. -Intermediate Level
•   Project Management.- Beginner Level

Experience
•   Software Requirement Specifications & Analysis
•   Exposure to Enterprise Software Applications.
•   Expertise in Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio.

Certifications
•   Any related certification will be an added advantage.

BUSINESS ANALYST
Skill Set
•   Working knowledge of at least one high-level, object oriented programming language
•   Detailed understanding of enterprise web application architecture and operation
•   Significant experience designing enterprise software solutions
•   Working knowledge of computer networks and protocols
•   In-depth understanding of various standards and protocols for software interfacing
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills
•   Proficiency in working with Microsoft visio, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities
•   Client interaction for system requirements gathering
•   System requirements analysis, and modeling of software solutions
•   Documentation of software functional specifications and top-level system architecture
•   Analysis and documentation of application change request requirements
•   Documentation of business solution proposals and statements of work
•   Slide presentations of existing and new software products and solutions to customers

Experience
•    Working experience will be an added advantage.


You.I/GRAPHICS DEVELOPER

Skill Set
•   High Proficiency in graphics design for web based applications and websites.
•   Great knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS Style Sheets.
•   Proficiency with graphic design tools like Fireworks, Corel Draw and Web design tools like Dream weaver.
•   Experience with Animation like SWISH, Adobe Flash will be an added advantage.
•   Skin design and implementation of skins for portal solutions like DotNetNuke, Rainbow Portal, LifeRay Portal is a major plus.

SOLUTION SUPPORT OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:
•   Certify compliance of On-site IT Systems infrastructure to requirements & specifications for every Solution Deployment.
•   Internal & On-site Deployment, Patching or System Integration of Software Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
•   Logging & Documentation of Deployment configurations, re-configurations and System Patching.
•   The Delivery & Administration of Technical Support for Deployed Solutions in accordance with established Service Levels for Clients.
•   Configuration, Support & Administration of Internal IT Systems infrastructure.
•   Active engagement in the achievement of Goals & Objectives in line with the company’s vision relevant to responsibilities granted to you, which may be amended from time to time.

Skill Set
•   Knowledge of developing software applications in C#.net and/or VB.net
•   Experience in team based software development.
•   Ability to deploy browser based software solutions on Microsoft’s IIS and/or Apache web servers.
•   Knowledge of creating/managing and supporting databases such as Microsoft’s SQL Server and Oracle.

Experience {also applicable for software developer}

•   Should have been programming in a production environment for not less than 6 months.
•   Should have total programming experience of not less than 1 year.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Skill Set
•   High proficiency in developing software applications in C#.net and/or VB.net [preferably asp.net web-based applications].
•   Experience in developing highly structured software applications using development platforms including middleware tools and portal frameworks [preferably .NET framework 2.0].
•   Experience in team based software development
