Working With Chevron Or Nigeria LNG?

 I'm lanre ,26 years  and a fresh graduate of sociology from the university of lagos.How can one get a job with CHEVRON OR Nigeria LNG on a full time or CONTRACT basis.How possible is it?i need your advice and  connections as regards getting a job on a contract oR full time basis.

@LoverBwoy, you're 4nny and 4gotten the kind of system Nigeria gat. By the way, not only engineers can work in an oil company because all the paper work to be done gat nuthing to do with engineering. moreova, with Nigerian system, itz a matter of connection, that is "who you know and who you are" that matters. My aunty that works with Chevron read English in school.

As mentioned before, I said if I want to work for an oil company, I would choose Chevron, As the course am reading, I have variety of places 2 work with the gov't and embassies per se and hmmmmmmmmmm coming down with a degree 4rom abroad is an advantage 4 me , actually ma I would prefer to work for CANADIAN EMBASSY in VI and going to be paid in dollars as a a Canadian

i know we have a weird system in nigeria but remember when yawa gas , u might have to make some major decisions  that wont be comfortable trust me n your aunty wont be in the HR office when your gettin grilled

as for hotstepper, well it depends, are you applying to them in yankerz or naija, do you hope to eventually be working in naija? if you are not directly related to oil production and management eg an engineer or manager or something relating to the business part of it, they will indeed rape u up the ass. honestly there are so many things i mean by that statement and it is from experience, just know that they wont treat you well esp in naija, because there are many people who want your job and can do it as well, so in summary you arent indispensible

@honeyworld, my brother i don't remember promising you a job oh, abeg no put me in trouble, i will give your CV to my contact in the HIV/AIDS industry it is up to that person to decide if you fit what they are looking for and passing it on accordingly. i did not say there were jobs available now, but when contracts are over, they might well be, contracts could or could not be ending this june, please don't use this as a lifeline or let it be number one priority, its just a shot. okay?
meanwhile where is your HIV/AIDS experience. when i have more time i will change your CV around a bit and send it back to you, but customize your cv to reflect what you know about HIV and AIDS and STI's etc, okay i will also send the CV to the contact person to be revised okay? what else please just let HIV/AIDS be your primary focus not making sure receipts were attached to payments

no wahala, please can you include that, expantiate on it and say how much you would be willing to learn about hiv/aids and working in that field

na wa for this country.i read materials engineering 4m uUNILAG,very proficent in computer operations, AUTOCAD ,SQL,HTML,MS OFFICE,MACROMEDIA DREAM WEAVER ,, YET I CAN'T FIND A JOB!!!!!!
