-not older than 28yrs by 31/12/06
-min Upper Credit or Second Class Upper Division
-0-3 years post-school graduates of Engineering (Petr.,Elect/Elect, Mech,Chem,Civil,Geology, Geophysics and Computer Science)
-min of C4 in maths, physics and chemistry
-mustn’t av taken Schlum pre-screening test or pre-NYSC test or previously applied in 2006
-must possess and maintain an active email address
