Please Help On This Issue Very Important

                        Please i urgently need your help thus issue: the issue is that my sister had an

account with ETB bank but she she is now dead. plz i want to ask if we can still collect the money

at the bank because she has has children and the money will not go like that.

and i want to know  the things to confirm that truly she is dead if they ask us. because they said is nt

easy so i want to know plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
