cant a woman take advantage over what she wants,

i mean if a woman is marry and she wanna go somewhere everyday and that
place is very inportant to her and her man says i cant let you to go to work
to day u are marry u must sit woman and mind the house,

and that owman she dont have no childeren she's home everyday and her man dont
wanna let her work he just want her to sit home everyday,what can she do?
