Nigeria's Sex Laws

In the western world, sex offenders always have the opportunity to settle out of court with money especially when they are big money machines. Do you think Nigeria deserves a law like this to curb the sex escapades of the country's high and mighty especially the politicians, footballers, movie stars etc?  For eg: If Kanu Nwanko or Jay jay okocha is made to pay N20M out of pocket for  'raping/sexually harrassing' an undergraduate or face 10 years in jail, will that slow down the rate at which these big  money makers abuse our women especially in Abuja,PH and Lagos.

Nigeria passed recent sex laws protecting women and minors. The only problem is the proper implementaion of these laws because some he goats walikng around with a pendant between their legs need to be in jail by now. Do you know how many women that are being raped everyday in Nigeria especially by the so called Abuja politicians?
