Description:
The post-holder will be responsible for buiding and managing Agent relationships from an operational perspective. This will include Agent set-up, resolution of operational issues, Agent training and the coordination of new software initiatives. Accountabilities include:
- Ensuring the operational efficiency of Agents in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Resolution of Agent and Customer queries/issues to include Agent set-up, complaint handling and financial settlement.
- Coordinating the delivery of MIL initiatives to include new software roll-outs, product enhancements and IT development projects.
- Face to face Agent training and the delivery of retraining initiatives.

Qualifications:
3 to 4 years' experience in a customer service, sales support or operations role, within a financial services/banking environment is required, together with a first degree in social sciences or related discipline. A strong customer service ethic is critical, coupled with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with Agents, in person and over the telephone. The candidate must be able to project, manage and prioritse their own workload and feel comfortable to liaise with a geographically dispersed team. Commercial awareness, tenacity and excellent problem solving ability will also be required. Strong communication as well as the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment is essential. Travel is required.
