Mikel, Essien; Who Will Outclass The Other On Sunday?
« on: January 31, 2008, 12:36 PM »

Essien is no doubt one of the best midfielders on earth, his strides from lyon to chelsea are indeed something to reckon with, his performance at the african cup of nations is so far wonderful,

and mikel?
he's no doubt one of the most outstanding young players, just at 20, he's suceeded in benching makelele to command 4 himself a permanent shirt @ stamford bridge.
since the two play @ same club and have such outstanding qualities, d otcome of sunday's match may rest on what they both can do in the midfield, who do u think will just outclass the other in the nigeria vs ghana match.

Mikel will do nothin against Essien,
Essien is a World Class Player who fit into any team and by no means you can't compare to John Obi Mikel.
With the help of Sulley Muntari in the middle Mikel will find it hard to shine but if the fool whiteman we call our coach can find a better partner for Mikel I see him Try his best.

Did Mikel bench Makelele or was Mekelele just getting old HuhHuh

Not too sure about Essien outclassing Mikel. Though Essien is a very good Midfielder, but all he does is work hard and play simple balls from point A to point B. But talk of who will produce a more visionary pass if they have the ball against the back-line of the opposing team. I will prefer Mikel from that view point.

But we can only wait till sunday to know who has the better midfield.

Mikel Obi will outshine Michael Essien on the midfield if their mugu coach gives him a good partner to assist him.
But Nigeria will surely beat Ghana in Jesus Name.
