supposing ure given N100,00 to start a dream business,what kind of business would u dabble into?,
 how will u start, manage and develop the business?

I think N100,000 is still a lot of money considering the fact that we say "micro-loan".  The target of this kind of loan is for the traders.  You can start packaging gari in smaller bags.   Most people do not have the N10,000 you need to buy the sealing machine in the first place.
So, I think that the N100,000 is enough to start any micro-business in Nigeria.  At least it is greater than the current N0.00.

Anyway if you are talking about N100,000, its fair to start a small business in Nigeria.

How can a loan of N10,000 help kick start a small business in Nigeria today?

Its just too meager considering the high rate of production and raw materials around
