Software Demo, Please Criticise

Guys, please I need you to look at this link and criticise it for me. it is a software demo that i am working on.

Unless I am missing something, I don't see anything but a website which I wouldn't call a software demo.

If your website is the software, then ok ,

1) FIRE whomever designed that interface, with immediate effect.

2) User better font

3) Redesign the whole site if you intend to use this for a REAL BUSINESS. I mean consult sites such as www.roberthalftechnology.com

please use better color or no color at all. For the images, there are better free images out there online. I mean for a business images need to scream professional too.

As far as functional testing of the application, I can't really help you much. I think you need to work on the presentation -- Fonts, color, images etc. My advice is that you look at some successul HRMS or Human Capital Mangt softwares already out there. Use this other successful software as a standard.
