Oke-ira nla is off Ado road,the newly tired road before u reach Langbasa round about.
My house is right behind Goodwill estate owned by Jakande, i think u will like the area.
Its quite and like the calibre of people around the area.
I wouldn't mind to collect a year rent with some conditions,throught my lawyer.
Besides,i tried to build the house with the best building materials in the market, not into cheap fittings.
