i tried it out and it worked but i'm having problems with the download rate. its too slow and it quickly disconnects.

Any of the 3G phone's with UMTS option, I’ve checked N70, 6680, and 6630, it only dual mode and GSM that was provided. And I noticed the three phone's are below OS 9.1 so I believe nokia only added UMTS as quick option for V9.1 and above. So if your to get a new phone, make sure it Operating System is V9.1 or above
