We have french,Italiano and  spanish speaking people here,
Can any one translate this I bet non of the nairaland speaks this language, but its a native language spoken in Namibia and South Africa

Mr admini -

Now u spoil evry thing the word "what " in english means "what" in afrikaans and thats how I wrote it now u put it back in english any way u gave them a clue or is it my computer doing spelling check by it self?

Yep! u rite at least sumone understands my language so do u speak dutch.When  u speak afrikaans its like a kid learning how to speak dutch.like u said jammer means misery/moan in afrikaans we use it like "sorry"  when u say "Ek is jammer" u mean "I am sorry" but its originated from dutch then they add english and german.

Exactly !!! I speak a little bit of Dutch. Yes ! I am still learning at 'Intermediate' level. We are all learning.

That's why this thread is called ' The Language Interpretation Game'. That's what the thread is all about.

People teach and learn languages. So no one is perfect.

I said 'Jammer' means --- Moan/Misery in Dutch. For heaven's sake ! I didn't say in Afrikaans !

At least, Dutch and Afrikaans are different languages. So of course ! They are bound to have different meanings !

it means "what do you want" if you are talking to a female person

me ka na sun? means the same if talkin to a male
