Please guys enlighten me if someone without university degree but has ACCA certificate, can that person uses it to work?

Definately you should know that you can apply for a job with only your ACCA certificates especially in auditing firms, morever why don't you apply for the Oxford Brookes University degree in Applied Accounting, that's one of the advantages of taking ACCA.
