Dear Nairalanders, can anyone give me a clue of the actual amount needed to complete a 3 bedroom duplex(normally called a storey building)? I have bought the land already, I just want the rough estimation from the foundation stage to the completion of the building. I reside in Osun State. Thanks
Are you sure you just want a 3 bedroom ? It will cost you roughly 8 million naira in that area. Soil is very strong so foundation cost should be minimal.
