I had the worst expereince with the so called e-banking today.A withdrawal was made consecutively for 60 Minutes from a website www, com through interswitch ATM card. It is obvious that Nigerian banks and their third party ATM service providers(ESPECIALLY INTERSWITCH) are not competent enough to secure customers money. How do you explain the fact that someone can use your ATM card number to make a withdrawal from your account and the paying bank will go ahead to grant the transaction without notifying the account holder on his/her mobile phone for permission, with all their moblie banking noise. The ATM providers, the bank and whatever program that is integrating them is porous and faulty. As for me, this is the end of using ATM in transaction. I've never used my ATM in any online trasaction nor reveal it to anybody. I've lodge the complaint to the said bank. I'll keep u guys posted. By the way, Am I the only victim? if you are let me know!
