There has been this heated argument about Ijebu people.
While some feel the men are stingy, others think the women are wicked and insensitive.

All of them are fabricated lies by some people that cannot stand the prosperity engineered by Ijebu people in yorubaland. Whether we like it or not, Ijebus are the most prosperous tribe in yorubaland.

An Ijebu Man or woman already has a B.Sc. Economics by natured. Often times, they have combined honours and are best at what they do especially parties. You only need to attend an Ijebu party ( I reccommend the famous annual Ojud Oba) before you ealize that Ijebus are not stingy, they are only displaying fundamental of inherent economics!
