Do anybody knows what the current price of cement is in Lagos.

Its now =N=1600 per bag, in PH we have been buying it at =N=1,750 since last year!!!!!
The moral is for you to do whatever you want to do as quickly as u can.

My nephew said he priced it for 1,350 in Lagos. Three month ago when we fenced the lot, we paid 1400.
I hope he's right because I can get started on my project now.

Ajileko,the price of cement is not always stable especially during the dry season,it also depends on area of purchase but the price now is between 1550 naira and 1700 naira,i think the one you bought at 1350 would be during the rainy season or immediately after the rainy season.Nevertheless prepare 1700naira for the cements

Just to let you all know. The price of cement in Ikorodu as I speak is N2000. I could not believe it. For those of you building, your contractor must be ready to tell you what is going on by now. Estimates you got before is possibly out of date as it does not reflect this price.
