I have been to vietnam,
They don't appreciate africans, so don't think it!!!, they have a hater group that kill African that is only in HOCHIMING CITY, HANOI the capital is nice!!!, nice people and nice weather. Cost of living isnt cheap nor expensive just in between.
The country strives on tourism 10yrs from now they will be among Asia elite.

like the other poster said they thrive on tourism and that country is know for oyinbo men going to sleep with underage girls including all the other poor southeast asian countries. I can't really see what you want to do there because there would be a humongous language barrier and for that matter our reputation precedes us
