Watch it and, don't be silly @ dapsins69 and tobidaflava, After the connection to pc, open Ultra Surf and wait for a ‘Successfully connected to server message’ before you start browsing You might get one of these errors   Failed/Error message - If it says failed to connect to network, close all Active explorers, check if your proxy is set to 172.18.254.5 and port to: 8080, exit ultra surf and try again  Connecting- Means it still connecting wait till it says connected to Server before lunching your explorer  Successfully connected to server - You can now open internet explorer and download Without limit Note: You’re going to be issued a new ip-address any time you Disconnect and reconnect Your going to have access to all website normal celtel’s ip won't Have opened e.g. http://196.46.240.47:8806/frontoffice.viewWithout Ultra Surf  With Ultra Surf  |
