Nigerian Slang
« on: April 21, 2006, 07:17 PM »

For those of us in the diaspora who, when we visit don't want to look right away like jjc, could those of you at home help us out with the latest slang?

Here are those I know over the 2 years i hvnt been there.  I wdnt be surprised to find out many are out-of-date:

- BMW 745: quarter to eight

- Wazo/pepper: money

- de-"sig"-ner: Designer wear

Any others I should be aware of?  *someone* may be getting ready to cross the pond  soon Grin
