Anyone know good architects and builders that do turnkey building projects for individual residential properties?
A friend requires the services of good architects/builders for a small residential development.
PH and environs builders preffered though not excluding out of town developers.

Better you do your architectural and structural design elsewhere and building contractor apart, because a contractor will not design anything that may give him problem in building or procuring.
