My husband will not be arround tomorrow to celebrate this val with me, but he will be back next week.Please i want to know if it will be late by next week to celebrate val? if no how is the best way to celebrate val after the normal day of 14 feb?

Yes, there is nothing wrong with celebrating Val despite the val day was over!
Continue enjoying to celebrate your own Val in special way, does not have to be on Feb 14th!
