Need A Football Academy Or Football Scout Or Yur Advice

I have this challenge and wondering if anybody can provide me with a solution. There is this very very talented young footballer that i believe will do this country proud if his skills are well nurtured. please does anybody know how i can contact any football Academy(outside this country) or a very reliable football scout.
