please , i am having problem with the audio output / sound of my laptop, how can get a compatible software for it, i bought it fairly used so i don't have the softwares, the model is toshiba satelite M115 and the operating system is windows xp sp2 thank you

since you are not using an omatek computer, you can always get your drivers online by visiting www.toshiba.com

hey, if u're still experiencing sound problems or no sound at all after u get the driver,then maybe the speaker connectors aren't well fixed. I was troubleshooting a laptop yesterday only to discover the sound probs were as a result of the speaker connector not being fixed. I had to open it,but don't try it yourself if u're not experienced in that area. Hope this helps.

without the driver you cannot put in order because the operating is built inside the driver and through that you can install all components of the system

depends on who manufactured the sound card. get either EVEREST or UNKNOWN DEVICE IDENTIFIER, run it for the list of all harware on your system including ones without drivers, then go to the manufacturers website for the latest drivers.
