@ Sisikill, this is the complete version of the lovely song you posted. My additions are in italics.

In the Morning - Wale Adenuga and Fountain of Praise

In the morning when I wake up
I know your love was there for me
At the break of each new day
I know your love is renewed to me

My Lord, my God
It's in you I live and move
All that I have it comes from you
All that I am you made me to be
Your praise isn't far for me
It's right there on my lips

My Voice, will i lift in the morning

Jesus, Jesus it is with much pleasure
that I praise your name
Jesus, Jesus it is with much pleasure
That I praise your name

The birds of the air they sing unto you
The leaves on the tree they clap their hands
The hills and the moutains the burst into songs
So why shouldn't I praise your name?

Jesus, Jesus it is with much pleasure
That I praise your name
Jesus, Jesus it is with much pleasure
That I praise you name.

I wouldn't call myself a fan of DC Talk but there's this one song that truly ministers to me ( And that reggae feel at the end really rocks).

DC Talk - In The Light

I keep trying to find a life
On my own, apart from You
I am the king of excuses
I've got one for every selfish thing I do

What's going on inside of me?
I despise my own behavior
This only serves to confirm my suspicions
That I'm still a man in need of a Savior

(chorus)
I want to be in the Light
As You are in the Light
I want to shine like the stars in the heavens
Oh, Lord be my Light and be my salvation
Cause all I want is to be in the Light
All I want is to be in the Light

The disease of self runs through my blood
It's a cancer fatal to my soul
Every attempt on my behalf has failed
To bring this sickness under control

Tell me, what's going on inside of me?
I despise my own behavior
This only serves to confirm my suspicions
That I'm still a man in need of a Savior

(repeat chorus)

Honesty becomes me
[There's nothing left to lose]
The secrets that did run me
[In Your presence are defused]
Pride has no position
[And riches have no worth]
The fame that once did cover me
[Has been sentenced to this Earth]
Has been sentenced to this Earth

Tell me, what's going on inside of me?
I despise my own behavior
This only serves to confirm my suspicions
That I'm still a man in need of a Savior

(repeat chorus 2x)

[There's no other place that I want to be]
[No other place that I can see]
[A place to be that's just right]
[Someday I'm going to be in the Light]
[You are in the Light]
[That's where I need to be]
[That's right where I need to be]

How many people have heard this old 1997 song by Newsboys. It talks about people who see the difference and care from us Christians and long to know what makes us unique. What do we do? We take them to our leader (Introduce them to Christ).

Newsboys - Take me to your Leader

Isabelle is a belly dancer
with a kleptomaniac's restraint
tried stealing Helena's hand basket,
made a fast getaway,
but McQueen she ain't
at the courtroom Joshua judges her
ruthlessly on account of Ruth walking
out on him

in the Big House Isabelle is a-telling all
to the chaplain who's become her friend

she says: I don't know why you care
I don't know what's out there
I don't know where or how
just take me to your leader now
take me to your leader now

Justin is adjustin' to the odor from
Theodore's Evergreen Incense
but aroma therapy don't make him any
younger than Oliver's All Liver Supplements

his late mate Merrilee merrily said
immortality can't be bought in a jar
this just in: Justin's had enough of cure-
alls, going to quiz the neighbor kid with the
fish on his car

he says: I don't know why you care
I don't know what's out there
I don't know how it's done
just take me to your leader, son

I see you've got the joy
I've seen you live it boy
It's real, it's free, it's fun,
so take me to your leader, son

They don't know why we care
They don't know what's out there
They don't know how it's done
Let's Take `Em To Our Leader's Son

They see we've got the joy
They see us live it oi
it's real, it's free, it's fun,
Let's Take `Em To Our Leader's Son

@Lafile
I love that DCTalk in the light
infact im listening to it right now
Grin
i havent heard that Newsboy, do you have it

Heres Jeremy Camp, Easter season something.lol.

"This Man"

In only a moment truth
Was seen revealed this mystery
The crown that showed no dignity he wore
And the king was placed for all the world
To show disgrace but only beauty flowed from this place

Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands

He held the weight of impurity
The father would not see
The reasons had finally come to be to
Show the depth of his grace flowed with
Every sin erased he knew that this was
Why he came

Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands

And we just don't know the blood and
Water flowed and in it all
He showes just how much he cares
And the veil was torn so we could have
This open door and all these things have
Finally been complete

Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands

And this calm, meditative song from the otherwise vibrant, energetic Tye Tribbett talks about the awesome personality and tender loving care of God.

Tye Tribbett & GA - G.A.Hymn (Who Else But God)

Who is He who answers when I call?
Who is there in the time of need?
And when I get weak who gives me His strength?
Who else but God, who else but God

Who has power beyond what eyes can see?
Who orders the wind blow and rivers flow?
So great and mighty, yet still cares for me
Who else but God, who else but God

Now who is He who keeps my mind at ease?
And who gives me praise for heaviness?, and
For ashes, who gives beauty?
Who else but God, who else but God

Now who is He who always makes a way?
Who’s the one who never fails?
And in my trouble, who’s my present help?
Who else but God, who else but God

(Chorus)
No one else can do the things You do
You are holy
That’s why I will always worship You
You are holy

Who is He who gives health to my flesh?
Who allows my eyes to see?
And who’ll be there when everyone else leaves?
Who else but God, who else but God

Now who’s the one who died on Calvary?
And on day three rose again
And by His blood I’ve been redeemed
Who else but God, who else but God

(Chorus)
Who deserves the glory that is due?
And who should I give all my praise?
And when I give thanks…
Where should it go to?
Who else but God, who else but God

Oh God (Who has blessed me, (God) inspite of my ways? (God) Who has given me His favor?)
Oh God (Who loves me even more than myself?)
Who else but God, who else but God

Bon Scott (Singer)
The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs he sang:
"Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, down the highway to hell".

On the 19th of February 1980 , Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked by his own vomit .

Dont Just speak because you feel it sounds smart, but always reflect on wot you are about to say. Dont forget the tongue is powerful.

It just occurd to me that nobody has posted this great song. It was written by Nicole C. Mullen but first performed by Jaci Velasquez. Whatever version you know, the lyrics are beautiful

On My Knees - Nicole C. Mullen

There are days,
When I feel
The best of me
Is ready to begin
Then they're days,
When I feel
I'm letting go,
And soaring on the wind
But I've learned in laughter or in pain,
How to survive

I get on my knees
I get on my knees
there I am before the Love that
Changes me
See, I don't know how,
But there's power
when I’m on my knees

I can be in a crowd,
or by myself.
and almost anywhere,
when I feel, there's a need
to talk with God, he is Emmanuel,
when I close my eyes,
no darkness there
there's only light

I get on my knees
I get on my knees
there I am before the Love that changes me
see I don't know how, but there's power
in the blue sky
in the midnight
when I’m on my knees
I get on my knees
I get on my knees
and there I am before the Love that changes me
See I don't know how, but there's power
when I’m on my ooh,
when I’m on my,
When I'm on my knees.

It's easter season so feel this song by Cece Winans-Mercy said No

I was just a child, when I felt the Savior leading
I was drawn to what I could not understand
And for the cause of Christ, I have spent my days believing
That what He'd have me be, is who I am

As I've come to see the weaker side of me
I realize His grace is what I'll need
When sin demanded justice for my soul

(Chorus)
Mercy said no
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you slip away
You don't have to be afraid
Mercy said no
Sin will never take control
Life and death stood face to face
Darkness tried to steal my heart away
Thank You Jesus, Mercy said no

For God so loved the world, that He sent His son to save us
From the cross He built a bridge to set us free
Oh, but deep within our hearts, there is still a war that rages
And makes a sacrifice so hard to see

As midnight fell upon the crucifixion day
The light of hope seemed oh so far away
As evil tried to stop redemption's flow

(Repeat Chorus)

(Bridge)
And now when heaven looks at me
It's through the blood of Jesus
Reminding me of one day long ago

(Repeat Chorus)

Hey Lamdec, thats the song my choir did last Sunday. Beautiful Song.
For Easter we are doing another beautiful CeCe Winans Song

CeCe Winans - It wasn't Easy
Don't think for a moment
I never felt the pain
You can't imagine
the hurt and the shame
They put the nails through my hands
Pierced my side please understand
It wasn't easy
But it was worth it

It wasn't easy

I didn't have to do it
But I did it anyway
Cuz I really love you
So much I took your place
I died for your sins
Yes, I'm the one
Don't take it lightly what I've done

It wasn't easy
But it was worth it

It wasn't easy,

I left my throne
My purpose was the cross
Shed innocent blood I paid the cost

Jesus Lives Smiley Cool Enjoy

http://www.youtube.com/v/gFmu1eUouaA&hl=en

Redeemer Nicole C Mullen

Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning?

and Who told the ocean you can only come this far?

and Who showed the moon where to hide 'til evening?

Whose words alone can catch a falling star?

Well I know my Redeemer lives

I know my Redeemer lives:

All of creation testifies

This life within me cry

I know my Redeemer lives, yeah.
Cool Cool

The very same God that spins things in orbit

runs to the weary, the worn and the weak

And the same gentle hands that hold me when I'm broken

They conquered death to bring me victory

Now I know my Redeemer lives

I know my Redeemer lives

Let all creation testify

Let this life within we cry

I know my Redeemer, He lives

To take away my shame

And He lives forever, I'll proclaim

That the payment for my sin

Was the precious life He gave

But now He's alive and

There's an empty grave.

And I know my Redeemer lives

I know my Redeemer lives

Let all creation testify

Let this life within me cry

I know my Redeemer,

I know my Redeemer
I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
I know that I know that I know that I know that I know my redeemer lives
Because He lives I can face tomorrow
I Know I know
He lives He lives yeah, yeah I spoke with him this morning
He lives He lives, the tomb is empty,
He lives I gotta tell everybody

@4HIM

Victory House Choir
RCCG Victory House
Festac Town, Lagos

And for you, Here's a really great 4Him song.

4Him - You Are Holy
Here before your throne
I've come to worship You
And worship You alone
Here within my soul
A song begins to rise
Until it overflows
You are holy
You are holy
I will lift my voice to You
And sing it to the angels

You are holy
You are holy
We will offer You our praise
In a mighty chorus
You are holy
You are holy
Wonderful in all your ways
Holy You are holy, Lord

When Your love breaks through
And I am swept away
By just the glimpse of you
Then You make me new
And I am nothing less
Than what I find in You

You are holy
You are holy
I will lift my voice to You
And sing it to the angels

You are holy
You are holy
We will offer You our praise
In a mighty chorus
You are holy
You are holy
Wonderful in all your ways
Holy You are holy, Lord

Unto the One
Who sits on the throne
And unto the Lamb
Be all blessing and honor
And glory and power and praise

Unto the One
Who sits on the throne
And unto the Lamb
Be all blessing and honor
And glory and power and praise

You are holy
You are holy
We will offer You our praise
In a mighty chorus
You are holy
You are holy
Wonderful in all your ways
Holy You are holy, Lord

I Can Only Imagine lyrics

I can only imagine
What it will be like
When I walk
By your side

I can only imagine
What my eyes will see
When your face
Is before me
I can only imagine

[Chorus:]
Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel Cool
Will I dance for you Jesus or in awe of you be still Cool
Will I stand in your presence or to my knees will I fall Cool
Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all Cool
I can only imagine

I can only imagine
When that day comes
And I find myself
Standing in the Son

I can only imagine
When all I will do
Is forever
Forever worship You

When all I will do
Is forever, forever worship you

The first song i played today Smiley

Third Day

"King Of Glory"

Who is this King of Glory that persues me with his love
And haunts me with each hearing of His softly spoken words
My conscience, a reminder of forgiveness that I need
Who is this King of Glory who offers it to me
Who is this King of angels, O blessed Prince of Peace
Revealing things of Heaven and all its mysteries
My spirit?s ever longing for His grace in which to stand
Who's this King of glory, Son of God and son of man

His name is Jesus, precious Jesus
The Lord Almighty, the King of my heart
The King of glory

Who is this King of Glory with strength and majesty
And wisdom beyond measure, the graceous King of kings
the Lord of Earth and Heaven, the Creator of all things
Who is this King of Glory, He's everything to me
The Lord of Earth and Heaven, the Creator of all things
He is the King of glory, He's everything to me

You Raise Me Up
» Josh Groban

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

There is no life - no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

Blessed Be Your Name

Blessed be your name
In the land that is plentiful
Where the streams of abundance flow
Blessed be your name

Blessed be your name
When I'm found in the desert place
Though I walk through the wilderness
Blessed be your name

Every blessing you pour out,
I turn back to praise
When the darkness closes in, Lord
Still I will say,
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be your name
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be your glorious name

Blessed be your name
When the sun's shining down on me
When the world's all as it should be
Blessed be your name

Blessed be your name
On the road marked with suffering
Though there's pain in the offering
Blessed be your name

Every blessing you pour out,
I turn back to praise
When the darkness closes in, Lord
Still I will say,
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be your name
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be your glorious name

You give and take away
You give and take away
My heart will choose to say
Lord, Blessed be your name

It's not a question of what You can do for me
But what can I do for You my Lord?

Up to Your cross I crawled
Now I am standing teen feet tall
Jesus my saviour look what You've done for me

Free at last I'm free
I owe You my life completely
Yahweh
Yahweh look what You've done for me
