I Need A Guide Line Please, So I Wudnt Av To Make Mistake

I want to know on how to get scholarship to  study outside the country, Precisely Europe. i would like to study computer Engineering. Am in my finals and   also want to know how to get started with  writting aptitude test for bank jobs, because iwudnt  want to stay a minutes at home once i graudate. Then from now i need updates on the current bank test. so i cud  get started  even though  am still in skul. Please i need guide lines now before i graduate, Am currently reading Parasitology and Entomology in NAU. Thanks.
